After successfully hosting LinkedIn Open Mic events across the country in 2017, Lesley made the decision to establish Nextplay in 2018, with the goal of empowering every Black and Latinx tech professional to unlock their full economic potential. Over the past six years, Nextplay has built a global network comprising over 40,000 experienced Black and Latinx tech professionals. We have organized more than 50 events in various locations including the United States, Europe, and Africa. In addition to our events, we've launched a specialized recruiting firm and fostered partnerships with over 100 major tech brands.
Our Offerings
